In her own words:
My main role is to process the orders that come into Davey via the Sales Helpdesk and EDI. My secondary role is to answer the phones that come in externally from Dealers and end users, and also internal calls from a large variety of other Davey areas/teams/hubs. We take the majority of the calls in Victoria as other states do not have a designated CSC team as such. Calls vary from finding prices and codes, ETA’s finding the con note and tracking it, finding goods that haven’t arrived, trouble shooting and fault finding using our technical/service team as back up, along with advising on the correct product for the job.
I started at Davey in 2008 and believe the CSC play a vital role in interfacing between the Dealers/end users and Davey. I have established rapport and work relationships with many people Australia wide whom I have never met. Sometimes you can even recognise their voices.
A little extra something about me: I love going camping with my family and 2 year old kelpie Lucy.
