If you believe your robotic cleaner has a warranty-related issue:<\/p>\n
The product will be assessed to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.<\/p>\n
Once received, the robotic cleaner will be inspected by an authorised service centre.<\/p>\n
Following assessment, one of the following outcomes will apply:<\/p>\n
If a repair or replacement is approved, this will be arranged in accordance with the manufacturer\u2019s warranty terms.<\/p>\n
An Out-of-Box issue refers to a manufacturing or quality-related fault identified within 7 days of purchase<\/strong>, prior to normal use.<\/p>\n To be eligible for Out-of-Box consideration:<\/p>\n Out-of-Box claims are subject to assessment and approval. If approved, a replacement may be provided.<\/p>\n Power supply units are assessed separately and are not included in Out-of-Box replacement eligibility.<\/p>\n If a power supply unit is assessed and confirmed to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, a replacement may be provided in accordance with the manufacturer\u2019s warranty terms.<\/p>\n The warranty does not cover:<\/p>\n If a product is assessed and found not to be covered under warranty<\/strong>, the customer may be responsible for reasonable costs associated with the claim, including:<\/p>\n Non-warranty charges will only apply where the issue falls outside the manufacturer\u2019s warranty conditions.<\/p>\n No Fault Found<\/strong><\/p>\n If a product is returned for assessment and is found to be operating correctly, it will be returned to the customer.
