The VM Vertical Multistage pumps are a corrosion and abrasion resistant, low maintenance, easy to install centrifugal pump range designed for pumping clean, non-aggressive liquids, free of fibres in in suspension.
With their vertical footing, our multistage pumps use minimal floor space and all hydraulic parts are constructed from quality stainless-steel for a long service life. A high efficiency stainless-steel impeller design means low operating costs and less stages required to achieve best performance possible.
The VM Series has been certified and tested to comply with the requirements of the AS/NZS 4020 standard. The AS/NZS 4020 standard stipulates that products in contact with drinking water do not affect the taste or appearance of the water, do not support the growth of micro-organisms and do not release cytotoxic or mutagenic compounds or metals into the water.
Our VM series is a global leader with energy-efficient models available to provide flow rates up to 110m3/hr and pressure up to 295m.
Features include:
- all stainless-steel pump ends; hydraulic parts are 304SS grade and shafts are 316SD grade for better corrosion and abrasion resistance
- operational in temperatures between -15c - +70c
- suitable for outdoor applications with an IP55 rating
- teflon neck rings provide less vibration, noise and sensitivity to thermal expansion, to help maintain high efficiency
- raised bottom bearings to reduce any risk of damage from sediment
- threaded 304SS companion flanges with gaskets, nuts, bolts and washers are included with every pump
